also, to state the obvious, it's been a while since i last posted. to put it simply and vaguely, i've been distracted and overwhelmed. plus, for a handful of days in the midst of all the chaos, i went to NYC. :) now that's something i can smile about. here is even an exclamation point! i'm looking forward to sharing my many pictures and adventures, but you'll have to keep waiting. you know how this season keeps all of us hopping. the computer has been on the fritz to boot (no pun intended). here's to pleading that IT doesn't give out too; have enough of that going on right now. anyway, please bear with me... i might not be blogging about 'Christmas in New York City' until whatever they call that holiday now in January, but i WILL get to it...
