He mostly likes to create and/or color patterns. If I'm remembering correctly, he applied a checkerboard pattern to the coloring picture's leprechaun's hat--green & yellow. Perhaps that is what set his apart from the other entries. ;-) ...I don't recall at the moment if he has entered this contest before... Anyway, he won a little framed certificate along with a $5 bill. He was quite pleased with the money part of the prize. And he thought it was cool to see his name in the newsletter. So, I thought I'd share with y'all.!
P.S. I realize this post is out of my usual chronological order, but some recent scans are all that I have to work with at the moment. A couple of weeks ago, the external hard drive (where my movies, music and pictures are saved), wigged out. I was kinda-sorta freaking out about it at first; movies, music and especially pictures are at the tippy-top of my cherished material items list!!! I have said the Serenity Prayer several times about this predicament. I've prayed about it a few times, at least. Since then, I've been more accepting, though feeling sick to my stomach and about to cry whenever I thought about it more than a handful of seconds. As of last night, Peter got access to it, so as of tomorrow, I should have everything back. What an answer to prayer...!!
