To those of you paying close enough attention, you might muse, "Memorial Day to Halloween? What about the months in between?" And perhaps those same of you, and/or maybe some others, have noticed that I posted some scans out of chronological order again. (Or maybe no one is even reading this blog o' mine. Ha.) ...Well. The hard drive has since wigged out again. And been retrieved by Peter again. And wigged out AGAIN. I don't know if the 'wigged out/retrieved by' pattern happened any more times before Peter kept it. I do have a new hard drive, and Peter has been working on retrieving whatever he can and adding it to the new. I don't know how long it's been since I have had regular, reliable access to my movies, music and ESPECIALLY PICTURES...but. I am having withdrawals. I want these things back. Yesterday. Weeks ago. However, I must admit...I have progressed in my lesson on acceptance. At least, I'd like to think so. I can survive without access to these things. (I don't know that I can thrive, but...) ;-] I've reminded myself what's ultimately important in this life. And it isn't much, in case you didn't know. ...I do take some comfort in my belief that my photographs will all be within my grasp at all times in the afterlife. :) And technically, I CAN access movies & music in other ways. ...Anyway. I digress. Enjoy a taste of Halloween (October 30th) below...
