I'd been married for 10 months, I was nearing the end of a part-time semester at BYU, I was working part-time at Sears Teleservice, but I was going through a "Train the Trainer" program there and was about to be offered a full-time training position (which came with awesome benefits)...and since I was burned out of school, I thought & prayed about it (talked & prayed about it w/Peter too), and then I accepted.


5 Things on my "To Do" List Today
take a shower (it's Saturday; I'm allowed to still be in my pjs at 3:30 in the afternoon!) :)
finish preparing my Sunday School lesson for tomorrow
go to our ward's chili (and other soup) cook-off this evening
apologize again to Jessica for not calling to tell her the final plans
make-out with my husband :) :)


5 Snacks I Enjoy
apple slices with some peanut butter spread on each one
grapefruit with a little honey on it
sugar-free Jell-O snack cup with a graham cracker
fresh pineapple slices from Costco
popcorn (Orville Redenbacher's 94% fat-free kind)

(Keep in mind, I'm doing Weight Watchers...OF COURSE I'd love to have a Milky Way or a Reese's Peanut Butter Egg, but alas, I'm only dreaming about those right now...) :)


What Would I Do If I Suddenly Became A Billionaire
I'd pay tithing, of course, then I'd hire a financial planner to tell me how to best save & invest the money (for kids' orthodontist work, college, missions and our retirement), then I'd pay off ALL of our debts--hooray! I would buy a new car for me (probably a black Lincoln Navigator); don't know how much longer the van is going to last. I'd donate a WHOLE BUNCH to many charities that I'm a fan of. Probably share some with our family members & friends. I'd DEFINITELY pay to have our basement completed! And I'd possibly hire a designer to help me finish decorating/furnishing the rest of the house. Then I would start planning multiple vacations--with and without the kids!!! :)

5 Things You Don't Know About Me
...This one is hard...
Perhaps some of you don't know that I had kidney stones when I was half-way through my pregnancy with Brandon...
And perhaps some of you don't know that I had a miscarriage about 2 weeks after Brandon turned 1...
Um, I like to pluck gray hairs--used to do my mom's head, now I try to do Peter's, but it annoys him :)--I'd be happy to help any of you with that, tee hee!!
...I'm a very competitive person; ask Peter how fun I am to play games with sometimes--I HAVE gotten better over the years! :)
I've been on some form of an anti-depressant/anti-anxiety for the past 5 and a half years.
