bet most of y'all didn't know that May 17th was my due date for both Brandon & Ethan...i always think of that every time today's date rolls around...

just thought i'd type a little post to let you know (and you've been wondering, admit it) that the boys had separate (for the first time ever) parties with their friends for their birthdays... Ethan invited a couple of his friends from his class at school as well as our neighbors' three kids to come with Brandon, Peter and me to see Speed Racer last Saturday afternoon. (Autumn stayed home with a babysitter.) Ethan thought the movie was "sweet". I could tell he was having a blast. ...Brandon wanted to go bowling again for his party, so this Wednesday Peter, Autumn and me (Ethan played at a friend's house) met up at the local bowling alley to host a game for Brandon and his four friends from school, the neighbors' kids again, as well as another neighbor kid/friend at church. They all had a good time; Brandon even came in 2nd on his lane.

and in just a bit, the boys are going to go Jumpin' Jacks with their Aunt Katie & her boyfriend Carlos as yet another belated celebration of their b-days. ...fun times!!
