I forgot to mention that our leader has provided a container of paper clips for us to help us better visualize (and be inspired by) the weight that we're losing...we get one for each pound and they come in a variety of colors...so, I've had a short strand of paper clips taped to my pantry door for the past few weeks! It has actually helped me at times (and I've also tried to ignore it other times) :)... So, here's for not only gold stars, but paper clips too!!! :)

Good job! I like the paper clip idea...I can so relate to this struggle, and have been in denial for nearly 11 mo now...I said I'd give it til my baby was a year, then I'd worry about my weight...YIKES! That year mark is right around the corner!
Good job! Once I have Matthew I want to really get my weight down. Chris wants to get his down too. Keep up the good work. I am sure you look great.
I agree the paper clips were a cool idea and probably very helpful. I should start one too. The one thing I have with WW is that when I was losing weight after Holly I basically ate less and worked out more. I lost about 35-40 lobs in about a 6 month period. to lose an additional 10-15 i did ww and no work out. the problem was after Sharon got pregnant again and we stopped doing WW I put all the WW weight back on. but Didn't go back up to previous weight. the moral is WW is great for losing weight but beware of the slide. You have to work out and eat right for the weight to Stay off.
Good job! Keep it up! I bet cinnamon graham crackers as "dessert" never tasted so good!
