My Little Helper

In preparation for the arrival of my brother Michael, his wife Shelley and their 1 year old Shaelyn, I turned into a cleanin' machine (and a witch at times, if you ask Peter and the kids...I always get stressed out before guests arrive) and Tuesday night found me vacuuming some and mopping. Autumn has told me "I wanna help" when I've been cleaning before, but usually it's been an anti-bacterial wipe she's wanted to use. I think this time she wanted to help vacuum mostly because Brandon had helped me out by vacuuming a couple of rooms the day before.

Anyway, here she is, vacuuming (kind of) the kitchen floor...(our vacuum has an attachment that acts like a broom and it works MUCH better than a broom)......any wonder where she learned this face??!?!! :)

When she saw me taking another picture of her from a different angle, this is the pose she struck...

Awwwww, now there's my sweet, adorable little girl!!! :)

P.S. She was NOT happy when I told her it was my turn and took over...she's been throwing quite the trantrums as of late; fortunately, they don't last long and they're not that common of an occurrence!
