11 Things We Love About Our Dad
(in no particular order)
He taught me the game Skip-Bo as he played with me. (E)
(...playing a game, especially a new one, with Ethan requires a LARGE dose of patience...)
He gets the money. (E--his words exactly)
He built a first-place-winning derby car for me. (B)
He fixes us Eggos. (A, E & B)
He tickles us. (E & A)
(...in case you're wondering, he made a promise a while back that he wouldn't tickle B anymore; now he sometimes pins B so I can tickle him....) :)
He cheers me on at baseball games. (B)
(...actually, he's less vocal than me, but I'm glad B feels that way...)
He bought us iPod Shuffles for our birthdays. (E & B)
He taught me how to make macaroni and cheese. (B)
He wears cool clothes all the time. (E & B, after I threw out some semblance of that as a suggestion...they decided it was "all the time" and E said, "especially his pink shirt; I LOVE that pink shirt!") :)
He watches Dora (and a handful of other shows, I might add) with Autumn. (E--B agreed and I know A likes it)
He's nice to us when we're sad. (B, but I bet E & A would agree)
